At first I was going to schedule an appointment online but saw that it was $215 just to book it. I didn't believe it so I went in person, scheduled the appointment, then dropped the van off, hoping the lo but saw that it was $215 just to book it. I didn't believe it so I went in person, scheduled the appointment, then dropped the van off, hoping the look was free since there was no mentione of cost associated with the diagnosis. I returned to pick it up at which point I was giving the $215 bill. I was not surprised but I wish the price of the diagnostic was given when I dropped off the van. Especially since the problem I had was intermittent and could not be duplicated by the technician, leaving me with the problem and less $215. Over all the experience was nice because on the ladies blessed me with her words, which made it all worth it. Also, dropping off the van before working hours was odd because they have the early bird option but since the parking lot is inaccessible, the only place to leave the car is behind the dealership... it is what it is.
