I was on time for my appointment but 10-15 minutes passed before an agent came out to take my truck. In the past it only took 1 - 2 minutes, however the agent was acting like I should be thankful HE was the before an agent came out to take my truck. I’m the one paying for the service and HE should work on his customers service skills and customer treatment. First time in years I encountered an employee with such lack of skills at Cutter Ford. To schedule service Cutter Ford uses an AI. The AI failed to notify the service department that I was coming in for service. Fortunately my service advisor took the car anyway.
