After 40 years of buying cars, I dreaded another experience at another dealership where you are disgusted by how you were treated. The experience at D'arcy ended up being a great one, to the point I joked about it all being on an episode of Candid Camera. Our sales associate was Mr. John Ziebarth. The first person in all my years that really wanted the customer to be treated with respect, with genuine concern about the deal being right, and helping get a great price. Truly a great person, and equally outstanding dealership team member. Our financing was handled with professionalism, speed, extreme honesty and insight. The finance manager made us feel like special customers, which I know he does for everyone. My teenage son walked out that night feeling proud, happy and excited.
