Service department was great. The customer service was phenomenal, especially April. However, the parts department was another story. Firstly I would like to thank the entire D&D team. From first inquiring about the car the staff did their absolute best to ensure I was being cared for. The internet to brick and motar transition was seemless and Sean (the salesman) was standing outside waiting on me when I arrived. FYI, I drove over 4 hours one way to see and purchase the car. Once inspecting and going through the buying a car phase, Sean very professional and transparent delivered us to financing with Monte. Literally there was zero pressure from anyone on the staff to purchase items, over sale warranties, and they disclosed every aspect of the deal. I even stopped them half way through and asked to see the screen while information was being placed in the system (Monte turned the screen and let me watch). I would highly recommend anyone that is in the market to purchase a car to check D&D's inventory first! The service and expericence is top level. More

Had a very pleasant encounter with the salesman and financial associates. Did not really have anyone to go over the features of the truck. The salesman was busy trying to help my wife get a tire repair financial associates. Did not really have anyone to go over the features of the truck. The salesman was busy trying to help my wife get a tire repaired on her vehicle, which he did not have to do. We had picked up a nail in one of the tires on our way to the dealership. I thought that was very gracious of him. Really had a much better encounter with D and D associates than any of the other Ford dealerships I have visited recently. More
