On a day where there were no appointment times available because they were completely booked, I was able to get both my Pilot and CRV successfully serviced by leaving them for what ended up being only a couple of hours each. The experience was perfectly facilitated by Jody Putney-Jones, whose knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills make the recent exit of the legendary Scott Fitzsimmons a little more bearable. The service staff and mechanics have been great as well always willing explain things or fix silly things like a tire pressure warning free of charge. He saw to every detail so that when I drove my new car home, I felt rested. Despite it being a busy evening at D'ella Honda, I felt as if I were Scott's only concern. This was the easiest car purchase I ever made! When Scott delivered my new Honda "R" to me just outside, he knowledgeably went over my Honda R's unique chassis, tires, materials, and electronics. He even paired my phone. Scott was a true pro at getting me in the car I wanted, at a fair price, and in record time, while keeping me at ease and informed. Kurt Montanye handled my financing. As with Scott, Kurt is an experienced professional. My financing, along with a custom-tailored extended warranty, went smoothly and quickly (Note: I never felt pressured to buy an extended warranty from Kurt. That's much different from some other car buying experiences I've had!). I left Kurt's office feeling like I understood everything about my financing and that the terms I got were the best available. Scott Moynihan understood exactly what I wanted and just made it happen. Kurt, with his financing skills, finalized everything. Then Scott delivered to me a fully prepped, brand-new, Honda "R" before going over the car in detail. New Lease Dan, Kurt & Kelly were all excellent at D'Ella Honda. I started with Kelly inquiring about current Pilot lease offers. She was very quick to respond. Dan worked with Kurt to put it all together for me ensuring I was happy with payments. On the day of pickup, Dan came right out to meet my family and me in the lot. He was so pleasant and kind using our names and asking us how our drive was. We had brought both our kids and they made sure we didnt have to wait. Dan showed me the vehicle and all its features. After, we were able to immediately see Kurt to sign all the paperwork. Afterwards, Dan walked us back out thanking us for our business. Although our drive there was 1.5hrs, it was well worth the trip! I'll definitely go back when I'm ready for another lease. More

You basically just have to pick out the car, they do all the paper work, financing, licensing, and then you show up and drive off in your wonderful new Honda.
