Therefore we were upside down on a vehicle that just wasn't working for us anymore, and D&M seemed 'too good to be true' but gave them a try anyways. So here we are now with a much more fitting vehicle for us, with a lot of new upgrades too. The part that took the longest was me actually test driving the car, we ended up going to the office to fill out a couple pieces of paperwork that couldn't be DocuSigned but the rest was done in about 7 minutes from my phone at work. Tobie was able to find the EXACT Nissan Armada I wanted and I got an AMAZING price on it since I was able to lease instead of buy, it saved me hundreds of dollars per month versus buying! He even offered to pay for a service to remove the slight smoke smell that came with the car as well which says something about him as a person in my book. I'm disappointed I have my dream car already and can't use this service again. I will definitely be sending anybody I know to D&M for their next vehicle! Once I have the second key from the dealership the process will be 100% complete! More
