The easy process I had not previously used a 3rd party leasing company before this lease and did not know what to expect. Don Mayes took my initial call and worked hard to understand my needs/preferences in order to earn my business. I enjoy researching and finding my own vehicles which he supported completely. After I found the one I wanted, Don took care of all the details including the vehicle purchase, financing, and transport of the car from San Antonio. Once the car arrived, he met me at my place of work and we swapped cars. D&M offered me the best price for my trade and I checked around quite a bit at 3-4 different dealers. It happened to be raining when we met and Don told me to get a car wash after the sun came out and send him the receipt for reimbursement. He provided over the top customer service from beginning to end and was very honest. Keep up the great work! More

I called Clay on a Thursday saying I was ready to trade-in my 2-year old Honda Pilot for a new 2019 model. Within 24 hours, I had a new 2019 Honda Pilot in my driveway, exact color and specs I wanted. Everything was done over the phone and email. Clay drove the vehicle over to my house on a Friday afternoon in the pouring rain. All the paperwork was signed online and it literally took about 10 minutes. I compared the lease deal against Honda Finance and D&M was better. All-in-all, great experience and 5-stars all the way around! More
