Do to military requirements I was not able to be present with my family as we were split apart during transit. Tobie Baker, made provision for my wife and children to arrive with a suburban waiting on them at the airport. From working one on one with the lender, to facilitating TT&L, and lastly also seeing that the vehicle was delivered. The whole transaction occoured while we were still stationed in the middle East. No other outlet was available or willing to provide a customized service for my family and I. The teamwork at D&M LEASING and most importantly the personal vested intrest of the leasing agent were crucial to the mission success of obtaining a means of transportation for my family. The experience and professionalism of our agent Tobie Baker was evident and reassuring throughout the entire process. As we state in our annual Navy evaluation reports "I recommend Mr Baker for immediate advancement!" He is already operating at an optimal rate of efficiency, and would be a greater asset if placed in a senior executive position within any organization.
