My new Jeep Cherokee When my Ford Focus 2013 had some terrible recalls I pretty much panicked. I had some friends that used to drive for D & M Leasing. I had heard a lot a When my Ford Focus 2013 had some terrible recalls I pretty much panicked. I had some friends that used to drive for D & M Leasing. I had heard a lot about the company. Though totally out of my element, I emailed D & M. That's how I met AJ. Still out of my comfort zone, AJ listened to me, texted me, emailed me and called a lot over a 6-day period. I was at the point where I needed a car but didn't want just any car. I still owed on that crazy Ford Focus which was upsetting. During this 6-day period of searching for a car AJ was working for me even when I thought he wasn't. Finally, just before I thought I would go crazy - AJ called. He had obtained financing for me. Then he delivered to me a brand new Jeep Cherokee Latitude. I'm still smiling. AJ delivered my car at work, handled the financing and took care of that Ford Focus. I am finally happy again. Thank you AJ for that! I could not have asked for a better sales experience. I never had to leave work and go deal with a dealership or a demanding salesmen. AJ listened to my story and helped me get past the Ford hurdle. Today I'm driving a new Jeep! It drives beautifully. I appreciate my experience with D & M Leasing and especially AJ.
