I keep coming back to him and always give him the first and last shot at my business for a reason. He’s everything you want from a consumer’s standpoint, with a car-buying/leasing experience. He’s professional, respectful, diligent, reasonable for customers (but firm for his employer), warm, genuine, and personable. He makes the shopping experience completely hassle-free, even down to the tedious process of signing paperwork that you get with most car dealerships. Jon is a phenomenal negotiator and for me also being in career, professional sales, it’s a pleasure to “play the game”. I truly appreciate his talent, skill set, and sales prowess. I feel like a got a great deal personally, but he knows deep-down, he got a great deal done for D&M and his commission check! Everyone’s happy! Stressless car leasing I was referred to D&M through a friend of mine that had nothing but great things to say. He's currently about to lease for the 3rd time. In a rut, and afraid of being in a financial loss regardless of where or who I went through, this was probably the best decision I could've made for myself. Considering the lack of established car credit needed for better approval odds and interest, I am extremely humble and grateful for the effort that Shawn Covington spent finding the right car, and payments. I probably came in with what any salesman can dream of-new to buying/leasing cars, open to more than likely having a higher payment, uneducated in the business, and simply more to lose because that's what we're told to accept when first establishing car credit. When he called me about 5 weeks into the possible purchase that we vaguely discussed a few times in between that time period with a monthly price that was about $70 less a month and a better car than anticipated, I knew he went beyond what I thought was a for sure price range/car for my current situation of being a new car buyer. I would recommend Shawn to anyone shopping, simply because of the amount of compassion he held while I was afraid of finalizing a huge life changing step I was dragging my feet on.
