Friends had recommended D&M in the past and I was very happy with the service I received from Will (James Williams). I was a little leery of the leasing process and going with a leasing company rather than a dealership and was afraid I would end up paying a lot more, but I felt like I got a great deal and Will made the process painless. He even met me at a dealership to drive the car I was interested in and acted on my behalf in the process. What I didn't realize is that he works with a fleet manager to make sure I get a great deal, and that I am both a customer of the dealership and receive the perks that go with that (in this case Park Place Lexus) and the benefits of being a D&M customer. James was very patient and did a great job explaining everything to me. He has provided great service after the sale too and gets back with me right away when I have a question. I would highly recommend D&M and especially Will (James Williams)! More

Absolutely the BEST! My daughter is a cheerleader at OU and needed a car. I am a single mom of six and am on a very limited budget. I have known Doug for many years and know what trustworthy, hardworking, family man he is; so when this need arose, I knew exactly who I was going to call. I told Doug my price range and who the car was for and Doug took over from that point on. He had promised my daugther that she would have her car on Monday. After all was said and done, Doug ended up taking the car himself to Kemberley. (on the OU campus, I might add) The first thing I heard from my daughter was, "wow, my car is beautiful!" The price was perfect, the car is perfect, and he went above and beyond what he had to do, but he did because he loves his job and truly cares about his customers.
