Approximately 3 years ago we entered into two new car leas Just wanted to share the awesome customer experience that we seen at D&M and with Mark. Approximately 3 years ago we entered into two new car leases at D&M. The first vehicle was for my wife, the second was for myself. We were very pleasantly surprised at the ease of each transaction (at our house) and the speed at which they were able to respond to our needs. Over the terms of each lease we occasionally had minor maintenance issues to take care of when we did D&M was there to help with a rental car, contact person, etc. via a simple call. Approximately 1.5 years ago Mark took over our account from our previous D&M rep and he regularly contacted us to to let us know that he was available should we ever need help. We did call Mark a couple of times and he was very quick to help us with a windshield replacement contact and even with a tow truck one afternoon when one of our cars stalled in the middle of a busy street! When it was time to find two new vehicles this year we simply called Mark. He listened to our needs and wants and moved quickly to find us the vehicles that we were hoping for. Our lease #3 and #4 are now complete and we could not be happier. We wholeheartedly recommend that you contact Mark and trust him with your needs.
