I have never had this exceptional of an experience when buying a vehicle. In fact this is my first time to lease a vehicle. This is huge because customer service has gone downhill in a major way in all service and retail industries. I was taken care of by Jacob Byrd with feet on the ground and running as soon as I called. He brought the car to my work and we completed the final papers at my desk within about 15 minutes.
