He asked all the right questions regarding our goals as well as our specific car needs and wants. There was a lot for us to learn and digest and Dean stuck with us all the way through it. He brought us a new Sedona, signed some papers, swapped keys, and took our 9 year old minvan away in trade. We didn't have to bother with selling the old van or shopping for the new one. Dean provided the options we were looking for, gave us a couple of test drives, and we just had to pick the one we wanted. We are looking forward to being a long term client. More

As I discussed with Ethan, we probably would not have went with D&M this time if I hadn't already had a lease through you and Ethan reached out to me about trade in possiblites. Our previous person was unprofessional, misleading, unbending, and that was prior to my lease braking down less than a month after taking delivery. Then she became dishonest, accusatory, and purposely obtuse. Ethan changed the way I think about D&M leasing. I decided to stick with my lease for a while longer and we bought a BEAUTIFUL blue 5.0 Mustang. Ethan did his homework searching far and wide for what would be most beneficial to us. Then he took the time to go over all options. I just can't say enough about Ethan. He was always attentive and available when we needed him, and so easy going that we didn't mind asking 'dumb' questions. Just a great experience. More
