Awesome Service and a Painless process for getting a new car My last experience buying a car was a complete headache and really made me dread having to go through that again. After listening to several spots about D&M leasing on the radio I decided to give it a try when my car was on its last leg. So I emailed D&M and within a few minutes received a call back. After a brief conversation about what kind of car I was looking for and my current situation they immediately went to work looking for a car. I had constant contact with Kelly via email, phone and text and it was a very relaxing process. I was able to get all my information over to them electronically and didn't have to fill out any paperwork until she showed up at my office with the vehicle we discussed. It was a great deal for a 2016 and a much better financing offer than I would have received from any dealership or bank. Overall, this was one of the best purchasing deals I have ever done and the process was so easy that I will never go through a traditional car dealership again. My previous dealings were great, and this one was no different. Tish was absolutely awesome!! She worked very hard (probably too hard) to find me a truck that fit both my budget and my wants (I would say needs, but how many people really need a humongous F350 4x4 diesel with gigantic metal bumpers that stick out 2 feet! :-) I am very very pleased and excited about the vehicle she found for me and look forward to driving it everyday. The lease process was made easier by all of the work Tish put in and signing the paperwork was not the dreaded kiss of death that most buyers get from a traditional car lot (you know...the stomach churning cold meat sweats feeling you get from being trapped inside the "sales manager's" office) Tish even delivered the truck to me later in the evening at my work. I appreciate the effort and will definitely be contacting Tish again in the future for my vehicle needs.
