Having leased through a dealership in the past, I was not hopeful about what we would be able to get. Courtney walked me through the process, explaining everything in detail. She also provided several options for lease/purchase to help us make our decision, letting us know which would benefit us down the road with regards to our next purchase/lease. VERY satisfied with the deal she worked for us. So much so that when my son had an accident and we needed a quick turn around on a car for him, we called Courtney. She was able to work us another deal in a very short timeframe with a car that my son just loves. Can't say enough good things about Courtney and how he treated us. Best car buying experience ever! I was reluctant to try and buy a car because I knew my credit sucked. But by chance I was able to receive Courtney as my agent.
