JB worked diligently and relentlessly to get payments and terms to what I was looking for. Every question I asked, JB had an answer, even the odd ones! When I was ready to throw in the towel, he wouldn't let me give up and ultimately got me in the vehicle I wanted! The personal delivery of my vehicle was a brand new experience as well, and I don't know that I could ever do anything different now! I absolutely loved working with only one person throughout the entire process and not being shuffled from person to person. Very satisfied, very professional, service above and beyond. I had challenged Ethan to find me a Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna with low miles. He contacted me several times with great cars but not one with the low mileage I wanted. Finally he got one in that had low enough mileage that worked for me. He encouraged me to move fast because these cars don’t last long. I put a deposit on it immediately and it was a good thing I did. The next day he had three other sales people who wanted the car that I had a hold on because of Ethan’s good advice. We did the necessary paperwork via FedEx and he delivered the car to my daughters house in Arlington for me. I live in Nashville, TN and will fly to Dallas next weekend to pick it up. I appreciate all the extra effort Ethan Anderson went to to find the car I needed and didn’t give up on me. He was just what I wanted in a car sales professional. More
