I had a great experience with D&M leasing in Houston. Steven did a great job explaining the process to me as I had never dealt with a leasing company before. It was a much better experience with this personalize service .He came to my house the following day to get the car detailed again for me. Steve checked in with me several times to be sure everything was taken care of. Matt also did a good job with the loan paperwork and worked to obtain a low rate. My experience with DENM leasing is just a pause for now. As of today I inherited a new truck and after 4 1/2 years was able to turn in my lease vehicle from D & M Leasing. Just kind of a sad day, although I’m gonna be in a vehicle that has no payment, I still missed the quality service and help that I got from D & M Leasing and mainly Brad Torsch ! I have leased three different vehicles from D & M over the last 10 years and it’s always been an excellent and positive experience. Brad‘s customer service was far beyond what I would consider excellent every time I had a question or problem or an issue, which was very seldom I could call Brad and get a prompt response, the vehicles that they found for me were exactly what I wanted the payment structure was great ! Just everything about the whole experience was awesome. I can’t recommend D & M leasing enough. Thanks to Brad. I will be back in the near future.
