You know it might be helpful when you send an e-mail to your customers that you include the service associates so they can at least know what you are trying to sell the customer. Anyway got ready to check out and pay the bill and I asked the question did you deduct the "Owner Advantage" Savings? Answer No. Now if we go all the way back to the start I asked that the "Owner Advantage" Savings be applied to the bill. So here we are at check out and I pay the full price and then the clerk has to issue a Refund. I think it would go a lot smoother if you listen to the customer. More
