If I could leave a 0 star review I would! The service team did unorganized work on my vehicle after being told REPEATEDLY NOT TK TOUCH THE CAR!! THE RHE AROGANT SERVICE MANAGER (JOE) INSITED The service team did unorganized work on my vehicle after being told REPEATEDLY NOT TK TOUCH THE CAR!! THE RHE AROGANT SERVICE MANAGER (JOE) INSITED THAT THEY HAD EVERY RIGHT TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE BMW SAID IT NEEDED IT! IM sorry but the last time I checked I owed the car not BMW. So be advised that if you bring your car there for service they will do what ever they feel like doing tk your car. The only reason they did the work was because they would get paid by BMW. In my opinion thats fraud. They also added false statements to the invoice saaying" customer requested" with nothing could be further from the truth. Would youbdonan oil change on a 10 month old car with 200 miles on it?? Would you ask for a key fob battery to be replaced after only 10 months? I sure disnt because one would expect a 75K car to have a key fob battery last a Lil longer than that. I wouldn't trust this dealership with any service work!! Be warned!!! Also I was told that all the problems with that car are because I only have 200 miles on it....im sorry but at 200 miles a BMW should have ANY ISSUES!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!! More
