I recently brought my car in for maintenance and was waiting at the dealership while the work was being completed. It happened to be around lunchtime, and Chy noticed that I was sitting outside patiently waiting. Without hesitation, he took it upon himself to offer me some food. That may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a great deal to me. In a world where everyone seems to be in a hurry and patience can sometimes be in short supply, Chy took the time to notice a customer and make sure I was taken care of. Alex was great, he worked with me via phone/text cause I live a few hours away. We negotiated the whole deal before I came to the dealership, He went back and forth with his GM and really pushed to get me t live a few hours away.
