I have been a customer since 1983 when it was Endurance Motors and the sales and service from this dealership has always been top notch. He has always been available to help with anything I needed assistance with(I tend to make several information only calls before seeing him ) as well as service appointments. Loaner cars are always available for me from the service department and my car is ready and washed when promised. The staff is friendly and professional. The dealership is a modern, up to date facility with pleanty of space for sales, CPO sales, service and customer lounging areas. Coffee is always available along with a wide screen TV, tables and comfortable chairs. Service there is quick and painless, and I always stop into the sales department to chat with Jay and other staff ( for me a good part of the buying and servicing experience ) More

Well, they are a bit expensive. They forget to do what I ask them,like putting on new windshield wipers. This is my second BMW vehicle and while I have the option of other dealers closer to me I decided to follow the recommendation from a family member.
