Waste of time and very poor service!!! Enter the so called fast lane for an oil change asked what was the wait time was told I was next no cars are ahead of me next representative that I ha Enter the so called fast lane for an oil change asked what was the wait time was told I was next no cars are ahead of me next representative that I have contact with says 1 hour, 2:30 later truck has not been touched during this time I requested updates twice and the representative forgot about me sheesh I was one of 3 people in the waiting room not to my surprise they also had issues one had been waiting for the manager for over 2 hours, they couldn’t locate the vehicle that was dropped off for a oil change at 10:30am O let me not forget the customer that stormed out cause they sold her a lemon and didn’t want to provide a loaner at there expense. I locate my vehicle back in the express lane to then find out it has not been serviced with a oil change yet and the representative was unaware but he was supposed to check on it two times prior he would have known I demanded my keys and had to call customer service to get a real service center to service my vehicle More
