Customer Service Terrible service I was placed on hold for 11 minutes then HUNG up on. As is she was pissed I held on that long. CC has the nerve to LIE and tell me the manager of the service Dept. works in the show room SINCE WHEN!?? She starts to stutter B/C she's telling to me lies!!! So at this point I'm just being told anything! Unprofessional times 10!! I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism NEVER at this location. I've been going to the Branch Ave location for YEARS!! By the way By the way I'm still waiting a Wk. later this was last Friday 10/27/17 to receive a call back from the so called manager Tasha after she finds out which one of the four females it was Jasmine, Tiffany CC or was it her?? , I wish I still knew the guys name that use to be manager a GREAT one at that in the service Dept.!
