Still looking I was just cursed out by the sales manager... These guys obviously don't sell nearly what they think they do. Calling another dealer a liar for starte I was just cursed out by the sales manager... These guys obviously don't sell nearly what they think they do. Calling another dealer a liar for starters. Badgering me at work. Calling my wife to try and get her to tell me to co-operate. Trying to sell me an aftermarket warranty from Ally instead of a Mopar one I requested. Then calling me a liar. Do I really need to say anymore? I am trying to give you over 60k for a jeep and my credit union, for the past week, has requested a simple dealer invoice paper to cut a check to them. They can't even accomplish this task. After an entire week, the only thing I end up with is a credit application. I have seeked out corporate contacts, contacted Jeep Cares, and spoke to another dealer to get what I want. Hopefully I can resolve the issues over the past week as we are a loyal jeep/dodge/chrysler family. They just happened to have exactly what I was looking for. But in the end, it is just a Jeep. After a few days dealing with these guys I decided to look into a dealer trade, just to get away from them. I was told, after trying to get someone to call back after 4 days, "Why would I trade a @#$%in black on black one-touch to another state?" by the sales manager. I would rather spend more at any other dealer than drive back to this second rate dealership with no parking. More

Everything went well. I was there for refinancing my 2016 jeep cheroke but end of the day I bought a new car from them and trade my 2016 jeep cheroke.
