Great Sales Person! I hate being pressured and treated like I haven't done my research which is why I walked away from 2 dealerships before came to Darcars in Lanham. Russell answered all my questions, showed me exactly what I was looking for and did not treat me like a "girl" buying her first car. I have never considered buying a Kia. As a matter of fact, I've only owned luxury cars until now. Russell took the time to show and explain all the features and benefits of driving a Kia. I was soo impressed that now I'm an unofficial Kia spokesperson and now own two. When I returned to purchase my second one, the manager tried showing me the car of the week. I told him Russell was my sales person and will only deal with him. He promptly located him for me. :) More
