We have spoken Mr Goldberg and the above situation still occurred. I want to be fair to both your dealership, the warranty company and not lose my serious love for the Ford line of cars and trucks. I can not believe my truck is supposed to sound it does, even after reading the Tech Service bulletins supplied. I have never heard those sounds coming out of any other F150 and it, after all, is the most popular selling truck on the road. I want my baby to be fixed and was ready to plop down my own money to make it happen, but not if it was going to be one failed repair after another and the loss of my vehicle for weeks and weeks and weeks. I feel I was going to be going around in circles with no resolution the direction we were moving.
