Nope it was ok no problem we can take a look, here let's take for a test drive no questions asked. I was there for awhile and everyone in treated me like a friend... hey are you hungry theres snacks and beverages or we can order you lunch I mean absolutely excellent customer service from everyone... never felt uncomfortable and almost at home. CRAIG NOE the Business Manager who did all the paper work and numbers was also absolutely a professional... He let me know all my options for purchasing, warranties absolutely everything... I even had a question after I left from purchasing my vehicle and he took his time in explaining my concern and making me realize i had no concern... Best Dealership Ever! i just bought a 2019 dodge Durango my dream car for the price i can afford. I spoke to Matthew Bader and Farid Ahmed and they were nothing but nice, professional and very welcoming. it took couples of hours for me to leave with my dream car. they lowered the price to a reasonable and affordable price that i was so happy with. they took care of everything even the right bank with lowest interest. they don't use xx banks like other dealer do, so they can make more money of you with huge interest. they also shop the best insurance deals for u. all u have to do is pick what fits your pocket and budget, and sign the paper. will i come back here? xxxx yeah. even if they dont have the car u want, they will look for one for u and bringing to u. 5 Stars is not enough, i will give them 7 stars like dubai hotels, the only hotels in the world with 7 stars. Definite Sterotyping Happening As a serious car buyer & long time owner of an infiniti, I expected a better experience. Made an appointment with Brooke the day before, to test drive As a serious car buyer & long time owner of an infiniti, I expected a better experience. Made an appointment with Brooke the day before, to test drive a specific vehicle - did not want to view anything else. Drove from NYC to the site & 1st red flag - took 15 min for Brooke to even Greet me, although I texted 20 min before my arrival with ETA. Then explained he had another customer (guess appointments mean nothing) & asked if he could get us water. 15 min later - no water - and he introduces me to Farid to assist in viewing the car. 2nd red flag - car wasn't on site, resulting in an additional 20 min wait (I made an appointment to prevent a wait - what was the purpose of that?). 3rd red flag - Farid takes me to view the car then was aggressive in wanting to talk about Financing before allowing me to test drive - who does that? Had to finally firmly state - let me test drive 1st then we can discuss that if I like the vehicle. Let me mention the vehicle had a dent in the rear & minor scratches, so I definitely want to test drive before talking about finances. Test drive was somewhat smooth, but due to the rain, could not get up to 75 (or past 60) to test for noise & vibration at higher speed. Now it's time to talk $$$. Funny Financing wasn't even discussed by Farid. He proceeded to come in with a purchase order for full value - no breakout of fees & taxes. Had to force him to itemize. I know Farid was just trying to cover for Brooke, but I just expected better. Both myself & my mom just felt uncomfortable. Not sure if it was because we were Black women & it was assumed I couldn't afford it upfront before the test drive, but we were definitely stereotyped! Unbeknownst to them, I came in with my own financing already secured for that vehicle. Short mindedness caused them a definite sale, as I really needed a car asap. Glad I narrowed down my selection to 2 other dealerships with same model & exact same features. Hope those infiniti Sales people offer a more welcoming experience. More

This is my second lease car from Greenwich Infiniti and i couldn't be happier. Their prices are very competitive and they go out of their way to please their customers. Leasing a car couldn't be easier. They will put you in the right car at the right price. If it wasn't for Noelle, following up from last November and finding a car that matched my needs, I would still be looking around. She is a true professional!! More

This was my first time buying a car outside of New Jersey and they made it so simple and quicker than any other dealership that I’ve been to. The customer service was amazing, They were patient with me through the whole process and very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I drove about an hour and a half from New Jersey to get to the dealership and the day that I got to the dealership I didn’t spend more than an hour there. They got the job done! I’m a satisfied customer, and I will definitely be back for a future purchases. More
