Straight forward and easy to deal with Noelle was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the deal. She explained many things about the car during the test drive. And during the negotiation stage of the deal she was very knowledgeable of all financial aspects of the leasing that it was no waste of time on much of back and forth to get get all necessary information to evaluate the deal. She followed up even after the deal was closed to make sure we are happy with the car and whether we needed any additional help to get the most out of the car. More

Helped me with my decision, made a deal and stuck to it. No surprises. Checked other dealers and they were the best in every way. The finance man Luis Rodrigues was also a pleasure to work with. In and out in a few hours, start to finish and drove home in my new q50! More

Salespeople should be.trained Only giving a 1 because 0 is not an option. Went into dealership tonight to purchase a specific SUV. Had already been to Pepe Infiniti, Devan and on Only giving a 1 because 0 is not an option. Went into dealership tonight to purchase a specific SUV. Had already been to Pepe Infiniti, Devan and on internet with others. Oddly enough the salesperson in Greenwich told me what I wanted did not exist and was quite rude insisting that I had no idea what I was talking about. She kept telling me I had to go to a higher model. Maybe it's time for there to be some training done there. PR skills would help too. More

Made the experience very enjoyable - a straight shooter, on your side. Don't expect to haggle here, they don't leave much wiggle room. They're pros, they don't mess around, they're only interested in giving top cars and top service. My only challenge in the experience is that their practice seems to be to price low and then make their money with high fees (fees that I wasn't expecting). This seems to be their MO - if you go in knowing that, it's actually quite pleasant. I ended up with a great car at a great price. Again, they only deal in very nice cars and are very professional. I'd call Dave back and do more business! More
