She does a superb job of making customers feel relaxed and she demystifies the process of buying a car. Jasmine is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and clear, and she really goes the extra mile for her customers. For instance, when I wanted the pre-owned car checked out by my mechanic--who said he was too busy that day--Jasmine talked him into doing it. She even delivered the car to him herself! She patiently explained all the car's gadgets and gizmos, and helped me personalize them. She got all the insurance/license plate/registration paperwork done in no time at all. It's just a pleasure to deal with her. The next day, I happily drove off in the car! More
