He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and answered any questions we had. He really made us feel comfortable about the purchase. While we were there, a terrible storm came through, even shutting off the power temporarily. Some of the staff had left, so Chaz took it upon himself to detail the truck-in his three piece suit! Truck looks great! I would recommend Greeenwich Infiniti to anyone. Overall, great experience. More

Right before I left he gave me his personal number and told me if there were any issues at all, don't hesitate to call. Awhile later I never thought I'd have to make a call to him and the dealership to get my sunroof fixed for being shattered with a rock. When this happened I was in complete disarray, but Chaz, though only a salesman, was cool, collected, and on the case. He acquired the information needed for the fixing process then took the time to walk me through the steps of how it would be fixed and how much time it would take. Chaz was timely, patient, and concise upon bringing my car in and I feel like I could not have been put into better hands. More

I was contemplating a move from a large QX60 This is my second time working with Chaz, and the transaction was as seamless as it was three years ago. I was contemplating a move from a large QX60 to a smaller sports sedan. Chaz was concerned that a ten-minute test drive was not enough time for me to make a decision, and Edgar allowed me to take the car on an extended test drive for the day. I am so glad they did. It was just not for me, and I am happily back in the QX60. While negotiations are never fun, Chaz and Edgar were professional, courteous and respectful. They go the extra mile for their customers.
