I was contemplating a move from a large QX60 to a smaller sports sedan. Chaz was concerned that a ten-minute test drive was not enough time for me to make a decision, and Edgar allowed me to take the car on an extended test drive for the day. I am so glad they did. It was just not for me, and I am happily back in the QX60. While negotiations are never fun, Chaz and Edgar were professional, courteous and respectful. They go the extra mile for their customers. Dave helped me negotiate a even better price as well got me over the kelly blue book value for my trade in. Dave and the rest of the team made the experience pressure free and were able to get my vehicle ready for pick up in less then 24 hours. I had an issue with the title on my trade in, but the manager Ed worked with me and let me drive off In my new car giving me plenty of time to straighten out the title. Will definitely be back to purchase my next car with them! More

Noelle and Craig were very responsive and nice to deal with via e-mail and if I rated them, would be definitely 4/5 stars. The issue and what drove the ultimate rating is the advertising. The QX70 was listed as a Certified vehicle at a list price. When I got the "out the door" quote from Craig, there was an additional $998 for the cost of the certification (which was optional...i.e. I could buy as a used, non-certified vehicle). The reality, despite the obtuse fine print that said nothing about an additional certification cost, is that this dealership practices in deceptive bait-and-switch advertising. Hence, I chose to take my business elsewhere. More
