One of a kind BMW M3 Noelle and Raffael were an absolute pleasure to work with. Actually, each person that I encountered at the Greenwich Infiniti was extremely friendly a Noelle and Raffael were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was finally able to find able to find and purchase one of my dream cars and not once did they pressure me into buying the vehicle or purchasing any additional options, they just let the car sell itself - no gimmicks, no hidden fees, just honesty. I drove from Long Island, NY to purchase the car and to make the deal even sweeter after signing paperwork and getting the insurance and registration settled, I was out of the dealership and on the road back to NY by 3:00 P.M. - just in time to beat the Friday night traffic rush. I would definitely recommend anyone to at least stop by and check out what Greenwich Infiniti has to offer. More

Dealership has changed over the years! Unfortunately I wish I could give a better review. This dealership in the past 4 years has gone down hill significantly. They are extremely pushing w Unfortunately I wish I could give a better review. This dealership in the past 4 years has gone down hill significantly. They are extremely pushing with sending an excessive amount of e-mails, mail and phone calls to get me into a new car. As I wasn't sure what I wanted to do about my lease, I would just ignore them. I finally decided to go speak to them about possibly leasing again, at that point I had decided to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. After a few days of car shopping and thinking about my options (something came up with work) I was not able to lease again. They gave me an extremely hard time about getting my deposit back, I had to go into the office and sign a paper to get the money which mind you took over a week to get it back into my account. When I went in there it was extremely unprofessional experience drilling me on why I decided to back out. I do not recommend this dealership and I would be on the fence to give them any money. More
