So, when I went to this dealership to trade in my 2012 KIA Optima Hybrid I wasn't sure what to expect. However after dealing with Craig Noe and explaining to him a price I was comfortable paying he went to work and got me into a 2014 Q50 with the Premium Navigation package with low mileage at around the same price I was paying for my KIA. During this process I sent a number of emails with questions and he responded to me right away, In the end I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and I walked away feeling that I got a good deal.
