I dealt primarily with Raffael Chirinian as my initial inquiry was online, and he spent months working on getting me the right numbers at the right time. He was always communicative, never pressured me, and kept me in the loop month after month on programs. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Barbara Bauer and Bruno Coelho who were also both extremely helpful and easy to work with. No pressure, no BS, just straightforward and efficient. I would have been in and out of the dealership in under an hour if not for an issue with my insurance and I've never picked up a new vehicle in less than three hours. I came from Brooklyn to work with this dealership and couldn't be happier I did. They have completely changed my view of the car buying/leasing process and I can't recommend them highly enough. Horrible! Unreliable! Unprofessional! Crappy service! Bought a used 2011 Infiniti a month ago, which was CERTIFIED PRE OWNED. Justin and Craig told me I was paying 1000$ extra because Crappy service! Bought a used 2011 Infiniti a month ago, which was CERTIFIED PRE OWNED. Justin and Craig told me I was paying 1000$ extra because of the certification and that they had replaced the tires and few other things. Horrible decision to buy the car from these guys thinking it was certified! What kind of certification do you guys do when there's a rusted bolt, non functioning aux port and the oil filter and engine oil that requires replacement within a month of buying the car.Also it apparently takes 5 weeks to register your car and get plates. I didn't buy a cpo car to keep going and forth and pay tolls from ny to ct. I jus decided to spend the extra buck because it was cpo and trusted you guys. But I was WRONG! do not buy anything from here. Also everytime I go in, the service people are annoyed for putting me in their schedule for a car that I bought A MONTH AGO. Get your mess together and stop selling cars that aren't inspected or certified and claiming them to be cpo and making buyers pay more for something you didn't exactly do a good job at. Thanks for the water bottles and the cheesy smiles but I just want a good car that's reliable and worth the money I paid! More
