I was able to purchase the car I wanted in a timely fashion and she walked me through the process so I understood all the terms and finances of my new lease. She also helped settle a disbute that I encountered while terminating my prior lease. I had been given wrong information and was told I owned more money towards my prior lease. She spoke to an associate at Nissan and rectified the situation inturn saving me money. When I called her for assitance she quickly called the company all the while having been sick.
