First and foremost I shopped with friends that work at Infiniti dealers in Long Island and Brooklyn. Keep in mind also that I live in NYC and had the choice of approximately six other places a lot closer, Greenwich Infiniti won me over with their professionalism and willingness. I didn't mind having to take a train at 7am to conduct business with this establishment. Their prices didn't even come close to what this team offered me. They worked with me, treated me with the most impressive level of professionalism I have experienced. Sales consultant Raffael Chirinian is a very educated, very friendly, and extremely patient sales consultant. I want to emphasize the level of patience because i called this gentleman up to seven times per day for about a week. Never showed negative attitude, always returned my calls. When he wasn't available, his manager Edgar Somoza continued the process where he left off. When I finally made my decision of purchasing a brand new 2014 Q60 AWD, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Bruno Coelho who was able to find me an approval within fifteen minutes considering the fact I had unsatisfactory credit history. At the end another gentleman Greg Michael thanked me for my business, showed legitimate interest in having me as a new client, and made the experience a lot better than I expected. There's a lot I could say about these wonderful people but you're better off finding out for yourself, you will not regret the service this dealership provides. When you buy a car you look at Price, Service and delivery and it's hard to get all three but Joe was transparent and I got the best of all three. When I received the Q 50 Hybrid there a lot of tech stuff and Joe spent time explaining and I did not feel rushed. By the way the Q50 Hybrid is amazing driving experience in every which way. More

Rather than immediately push one model, the salesman wanted to first understand my driving interests. During the test drive, he allowed me time to get used to the car rather than making sales pitches every second, and welcomed my taking a second drive a few days later. He was reasonably knowledgable about the car even though it was a brand new model, would double check any answers he was unsure of, and provided honest responses - not sales glib. The salesman and sales manager worked together to offer viable pricing alternatives - in writing, with all the detail, not just a bottom line price and negotiated to ultimately a fair deal. The business manager was equally professional, efficient, and while promoting the after sale options, was candid about the value of the options and didn't oversell. Even after the sale - the sales team have remained an outwardly friendly and customer-oriented group. PS my early experience with the service department has been equally positive. More

I have been leasing with Infinity for over 8 years, and when my lease came up this year I was thinking of changing the make to save money. After many attempts by my White Plains Infinity dealership to keep me as a customer, and looking around at other dealers and makes of cars, I compared pricing at Greenwich Infinity. After only a couple of conversations as to what I was looking for they gave me the best price, saving me over $150 per month. After telling Whit Plains about the offer, they still wanted to charge me even more than my lease payment I already had with them for the last 3 years? Never again White Plains!!! More

I ASKED TO SEE THE GENERAL MANAGER HOPING TO NEGOTIATE SALE PRICES. HA I BROWSED FOR PRICES BEFORE I WENT THERE AND TOOK SOME ADVERTISEMENTS WITH ME. I ASKED TO SEE THE GENERAL MANAGER HOPING TO NEGOTIATE SALE PRICES. HALLAN NOT ONLY MATCHED THE PRICE OF ONE OF HIS COMPETITORS BUT MADE ME AN OFFER THAT I COULDN'T WALK AWAY FROM IT. AT THE END I LEFT THE STORE WITH MY BRAND NEW INFINITY AND THE SATISFACTION OF KNOWING THAT I GOT THE BEST DEAL.I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED AND MOST LIKELY WILL NEGOTIATE WITH HALLAN AGAIN. More

Won't honor the written proposal and residual value quoted and increased that price by $3,529. on delivery of car. Infiniti contacted, claim they cannot help. Part of the cash given at time of lease ($12,285.36 included $495. for accessories.) Claims that cargo area protector not available (I paid $65). He charged $185. for moonroof deflector when the price is $85. Would never recommend this dealership for their integrity. More
