After setting an appointment we drove two hundred miles to see the vehicle for ourselves. The weather was terrible but William Gamble from the sales dept was extremely accommodating without any pressure. He let us take all the time we wanted to check out and test drive the truck. Mr. Gamble explained everything about the vehicle, provided us with a CarFax review and gave us the price. After a few minutes of discussion we came to an agreed upon sales price. We spent months looking at the same truck model available from dealers in seven states. Not one of those gave us the time before the sale or attention aftert the sale as the staff at DarCars. More

Met with Randy Stewart and he was prepared with two white Kia Souls for me to test drive. He was very tentative and listening to my needs. I loved the 2016 Kia Soul Plus and bought it. One problem it did not come with a spare tire. So I purchased the spare tire kit. Randy went above and beyond his duties to make sure I had a spare tire kit installed before I left. Thank you so much Randy for your honest and sincere concerns. That is called great customer service for a very happy customer. More
