I was fortunate that she was there right before labor day weekend and the place is going to close soon. There are places that close 30 mins before closing. But she waited for me. Luckily, i made it before closing with 4 mins to spare. Again, its the level of care in customer service that matters. So i am grateful for Grace. More

My latest service call was courteous and efficient. My front door couldn’t open from inside and Lexus had issued a repair order but my car wasn’t covered. Service at Lexus Darcar Englewood waived fees My front door couldn’t open from inside and Lexus had issued a repair order but my car wasn’t covered. Service at Lexus Darcar Englewood waived fees for the work as a courtesy for being a longtime customer and I only paid $40 for the part. I appreciated this a great deal and will continue to service my car with them. More
