I contacted the dealership and in short order was working with Michael Stella who was very responsive and addressed my many questions - which was important as I live ~ 200 miles away. He provided his cell phone number and provided me updates on the status of the car, which was going through CPO certification - even on his days off. In less than a week, I was at the dealership to purchase the car that was in even better condition than I anticipated. Mr. Stella had everything ready for me which made for a easy purchase.
