I visited Lexus of Englewood on April 9, 2011 to ask about my options since my lease was ending on July 17, 2011 with my 2008 IS. At the time of the visit my sales person advised that I am getting an “u about my options since my lease was ending on July 17, 2011 with my 2008 IS. At the time of the visit my sales person advised that I am getting an “unbelievable deal” for a trade in for the new 2011 IS. He has advised that the car would be upgraded, damages on the 2008 IS would be waived and the remainder of the lease payments would be paid by the dealership. With this agreement I had trade in the 2008 IS to 2011 IS. The sales person specifically asked how I paid the lease payment and I stated that it get automatically deducted from my bank account every 15th of the month and obviously payment for April payment is not yet paid. He told me to cancel the automatic payment asap and even sent me an follow up email to make sure the automatic payment is cancelled on the same afternoon. After the due date for the April payment (04/17/2011) I have received massive phone calls and mails for the non-payment. I have reached out to the sales person, once by phone, second via email, he indicated that the payments were made and it may take some time to update the system and not to worry about it. I received a call yesterday, July 12, 2011, from the sales person saying that he thought I had 2 payments left and that was how he documented on the papers and told me that I had to pay one month of the lease payment myself even if I didn’t have the possession of car. I find this very unfair and offended that I have to pay for someone else’s mistake and very disappointed with how the dealership, selling luxury cars, is handling this situations. They have lost one of their loyal customer. More

We worked with Jose Ramos from Englewood Lexus - NJ for a brand new Lexus RX 350 AWD. When we wanted to make an offer, he refused to take our calls. Then when I submit my offer on the internet, I got a call from Englewood Lexus' intenet sales manager and I told him that I was already working with Jose Ramos. He told me that Jose will give you a call to schedule an appointment. It's been more than 3 weeks, I still haven't heard from Jose. Very poor customer service. I have already made my deal with other lexus dealer the next day. I am sure Englewood will loose lot of business opprtunity because of sales person like Jose Ramos. More
Considering the fact that I have not ever bought a new car, let alone a Lexus, I was skeptical at best when I began speaking with Robert. Not only did he come across as extremely sincere and personable, but he went out of his to educate me on every aspect of the process (and is still an extremely valuable resource for me whenever i need him). In addition to that, I told him what car I wanted and what price I needed (the two weren't exactly aligned). He used his creativity to bring me exactly what I wanted at a price that worked for my budget. I would highly recommend working with Bob to any family members or friends. More

Lexus of Englewood defraud me and my wife and sold us non-genuine parts and services of Lexus. 1. False promise – Financing person, Rudy, promised to provide a body protection service for appx. $700. I believed that the work would be incorrectly done by the dealer. However, later I found that the work was done by a third party. I requested a partial refund, but they refused. I detrimentally replied on the person’s promise and paid large sum of money, which is substantially more than the reasonable market price for the identical jobs. It is a unjust enrichment. 2. Deceiving Sales practice – My wife bought a new car from them. She paid about $3,000 for the entertainment package. When we picked up the car, the system was not factory installed. They NEVER informed me of the third party product. We would not have bought the system if we knew that the dealer would put a third party product. Based on the entertainment product manufacturer, Rosen, the unit does not fit in my wife’s new vehicle. Englewood Lexus must have mutilated, without out authorization, the vehicle. We believed that we were buying a genuine Lexus product, but the dealer intentionally concealed and defrauded us. One of the headset is NOT working already. More

We switched from another Lexus Dealer to Lexus of Englewood for the purchase and service of our current automobile. We are very glad we did. Scheduling is never a problem, even for seemingly minor issues. Michael makes sure we are able to schedule servicing right away. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I purchased a 2011 Lexus RX350 and was fortunate enough to have Bob Pellecchia as my Sales Consultant. My first visit to Lexus of Englewood was near closing time but Bob stayed after closing to go over all to have Bob Pellecchia as my Sales Consultant. My first visit to Lexus of Englewood was near closing time but Bob stayed after closing to go over all the features of the RX350. Bob not only knew the car inside and out but seemed excited to show it to me. I came back to test drive and Bob went over as much as possible again. Negotiating a price for the car and my trade-in was painless with no back and forth nonsense like I received from other dealers. There was never any pressure at all to buy. We finalized the deal over the phone and the car was ready for pick up the same day. Bob took care of everything, including contacting my insurance agent and providing her with all the necessary paperwork. When picking up the car, one of the employees went over everything with me again and answered all my questions to make sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. By the time I was ready to leave, it was after closing but Bob stayed around to make sure all my questions were answered. Bob told me to call anytime (provided his cell #) if I had any further questions or concerns. Thanks to Bob and all at Lexus of Englewood for an enjoyable and professional buying experience.
