I've owned over 4 Lexus vehicles purchased and serviced by Lexus of Englewood since year 2000. My experience by the service department is prompt attention to any and all service questions and requests, an by Lexus of Englewood since year 2000. My experience by the service department is prompt attention to any and all service questions and requests, and quick customer service on getting my vehicles in and out of service quickly without any problems. The personal attention and courteous behavior from all the Service Representatives, and the professionalism provided by the Service Director is the reason I will continue to purchase and service all my Lexus vehicles at Lexus of Englewood. My overall rating for the Service Dept is 100%+. More

On October 30, 2010 I have contacted Lexus of Englewood to get estimate on fixing steering pump. Up on short conversation with the service representative, I did not get any questions being answered, plus to get estimate on fixing steering pump. Their valet attendant accused me of damaging another persons car when it was probably him. The manager there Chris V. was not very helpful at all he did not listen to my side of the story and basically persons car when it was probably him. The manager there Chris V. was not very helpful at all he did not listen to my side of the story and basically told me that it costs money to look at the video tapes. Basically if Lexus of Englewood would have just spent a few bucks to look at the tapes instead of accusing an innocent person the attendant would not have accused and threatened me. I would never buy a car from Lexus of Englewood again. More

While the service at the time of the sale was fine, subsequent visits to the service dept have left me less than impressed with this dealership. The sales people there are so sales driven that I (the customer) couldn't focus on a product that was right for me. I should have realized that this car buying experience wasn't going to be good when the customer) couldn't focus on a product that was right for me. I should have realized that this car buying experience wasn't going to be good when these "Sopranos" type sales person walked up to me and greeted me with a "How You Doin?" I would have expected a more relaxed atmosphere where I could browse the cars that I wanted and when it was time for me to purchase I can count on someone knowledgable to answer all my questions without having me put a deposit down first. I went to another dealer that was further away and received the luxury car buying experience that I wanted. More
