We recently brought our car to DARCARS Lexus of Englewood because a rear bumper sensor had been pushed in, which triggered the PKSA warning light on the dashboard. Diego Plaza assisted us, and he was very helpful and professional. After inspecting the car, he clearly explained the issue and the estimated cost, since our vehicle was no longer under warranty. Initially, we were told the repair would take about two hours, but he later informed us that they had the needed clip in stock and could complete the repair the same day, including the necessary calibration. The work was completed satisfactorily, and as is customary with Lexus service, the car was washed afterward. Diego was clear and transparent about the work and charges, and we are very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you! More
