Claudio, the Service Director, is very patient and understanding, and Ben, the Shop Foreman, is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here. What I really appreciate is that they don’t try to rip you off like some other dealerships in the area. They genuinely try to work with you and help as much as they can. I highly recommend them! More

All dealerships are the same. Its the people who make it great. Grace the receptionist is truly God's grace on earth. I was fortunate that she was there right before labor day wee Its the people who make it great. Grace the receptionist is truly God's grace on earth. I was fortunate that she was there right before labor day weekend and the place is going to close soon. There are places that close 30 mins before closing. But she waited for me. Luckily, i made it before closing with 4 mins to spare. Again, its the level of care in customer service that matters. So i am grateful for Grace. More

My latest service call was courteous and efficient. My front door couldn’t open from inside and Lexus had issued a repair order but my car wasn’t covered. Service at Lexus Darcar Englewood waived fees for the work as a courtesy for being a longtime customer and I only paid $40 for the part.
