Oil change/detailing I would like to start by saying i am at awe by how great my overall experience at Lexus of Englewood service center was. The gentleman Jorge Jorge whi I would like to start by saying i am at awe by how great my overall experience at Lexus of Englewood service center was. The gentleman Jorge Jorge which assisted me was extrodinary. My schedule is jam packed and hectic, so i usually procrastinate to prolong any type of services needed until a future date. I did not need to rearrange by busy schedule. Jorge met me at my work place in order to drop off my rental for the next few days. He even took my car to the service center! I mean talk about a dream come true. I didn’t have to sit and traffic which could be crazy in Rt 4 or wait on any lines. When my car was ready Jorge contacted me letting me know that he would be able to swap out the loaner car with mine. I was so happy that I did not have to travel to the service center not once! I could tell this gentleman takes pride in his work because i truly believe he went above and beyond to meet my high expectations which i did not know was possible. Thank you Jorge for making my experience a great one. I was bragging to my friends and family members which have BMW’s and Mercedes’ and they have never been offered any of these options when they get their cars serviced. My car looks great and smells wonderful! Will definitely be doing business with them in the future. More

Poor customer service I made an appointment but when I called three days later to reconfirm it they couldn’t find the appointment. They eventually found the appointment but I made an appointment but when I called three days later to reconfirm it they couldn’t find the appointment. They eventually found the appointment but the next morning when I showed up I was no longer in the system again. They tried to talk me out of getting my windshield replaced, telling me they could put a sticker on it. I had to insist on a full replacement which they finally honored. More
