Why is Lexus referred to as professional As soon as I pulled into the dealership I was welcomed and asked "How can I help you". I was then escorted to the waiting area which was very comfortable and welcoming. There were chairs, couches, and places you could watch TV, read, converse or just be quiet. There were many choices of hot and cold beverages and a nice assortment of bagels. Within minutes my name was called and I was informed of the cost and time the service would take. I was asked if I wanted to wait or get a loaner. I informed the service advisor Jorge that there was a noise when I opened my trunk. Approximately an hour later Jorge told me the technician wanted to talk with me. I was informed that the wait time would be a little longer so that he could take care of the trunk noise. It's so nice to be kept in the loop. More
