Amazing service! I had 10000 miles service done a couple of days ago at Lexus of Englewood dealership. I was greeted, explained exactly what’s going to happen and then I had 10000 miles service done a couple of days ago at Lexus of Englewood dealership. I was greeted, explained exactly what’s going to happen and then had an hour, which I could have spent in a really nice waiting room with great entertainment/food/beverage options. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was checked and washed when I got it back in exact time promised! What else can you wish for. More

What happened to this service department? My appointment was for 8:30am. I checked in and made myself a cup of coffee. I waited for a while, and when I went to check my watch, the woman sittin My appointment was for 8:30am. I checked in and made myself a cup of coffee. I waited for a while, and when I went to check my watch, the woman sitting next to me told me that she was waiting 45 minutes already. I asked her if she was waiting for her car’s service to be done, and she said, “No. I am waiting to speak to a service person and get my loaner car.” At 8:55, I got up and went to speak to the person at the desk, who told me that they were a bit backed up. In the meantime, two men came in and were helped immediately. As I needed to get to an appointment, I asked for my car back. She asked me if I wanted to schedule another appointment, and I told her that I didn’t think so. Just at that moment, I was finally called in. The man who helped me was very nice and understood that I was in a rush. He moved everything along quickly, and I was in my loaner within ten minutes. My service was done, but when I picked up my car, I saw that it did not get the complimentary car wash and vacuum. I don’t know why, but I didn’t have the time to ask them. I don’t know what has happened, but this Lexus service has gone down hill. More

Took longer than expected Very busy at service Dept. I was treated courteously when I arrived but sat for over 40 minutes before anyone came to have me sign the paperwork for Very busy at service Dept. Overall the staff was very courteous and apologetic. It is the first time I have ever had to wait an excessive amount of time and I’m sure it won’t happen again in the future. More

These Guys Understand Luxury Car Experience! Bottom line, I have had all the fancy Lux brands. It all comes down to the service after I leave the dealer. These folks do this to perfection. Its a Bottom line, I have had all the fancy Lux brands. It all comes down to the service after I leave the dealer. These folks do this to perfection. Its a very comfortable atmosphere, they go out of their way to make you feel good. Bar none, the best dealer period. This is my second car from them, and I totally regret going to Acura and Mercedes between cars. Don't even get me stated with Park Ave Acura! Do yourself a favor, and treat yourself to Lexus of Englewood, its sooooo worth it! More
