Very impersonal, disorganized and left very unsatisfied. Made an 11:50am appointment for an oil change (with a specific rep that had seen me a yr ago). 11:40a - showed up, checked in. 12:10p - no one had Made an 11:50am appointment for an oil change (with a specific rep that had seen me a yr ago). 11:40a - showed up, checked in. 12:10p - no one had called my name. 12:12p - had to step out for lunch, told receptionist, was told they'd start work & call if any issues. 12:45p - i return, check in again for time estimate. told no estimate possible. 12:55p - they call my name. 12:56p - different rep from one I booked appt sees me. He asks what he can do for me today, tells me it will be another hour and a half! 1:00p - i have been there for almost 1.5 hrs and JUST NOW they start to see me. 2:45pm - they tell me my car is ready and has issues. Advised my car needs $4K+ of work that no one noticed 11 months ago on last visit. Told it is neither pressing nor a safety issue, but I SHOULD get it done. Ask for a printout of specific problems so I can take with me for my records. Print out given to me with "Miscellaneous Repair" item listed for $$$$. 3pm - i depart feeling un-satisfied, confused, frustrated and "taken". You tell me why I should come back for a 3rd time. More

I waited briefly and was taken care of the service writer Steven Tedesco. He asked if I had any other concerns with the vehicle, I did not. Steven in tied me to sit in the lounge have coffee or water and a snack while my car was serviced. When the vehicle was completed Steven let me know and directed me to the vehicle making sure I got my keys. All went well with my service visit. More
