Really bad I got my car back on last Saturday. Unbelievable for quality of key . First, you made my key not working, can not start my car, then you replace my I got my car back on last Saturday. Unbelievable for quality of key . First, you made my key not working, can not start my car, then you replace my key, but today it broken again! Poor quality, I even have my original key with me now since I purchased my car in 2005. What happen to the key quality? I have my key set with other cars, always original, never broken. Very bad experience with Lexus. I will find other Lexus serves location next time. Liqing. More

Awesome! The service dept at this dealership is amazing! From the moment you drive in until the moment you drive out you are treated like their "guest". They have coffee, tea, espresso, bottled water along with bagels, muffins, sandwiches and fruit available while you wait. This dealership truly has a way of making the customer feel welcomed! Service issues I was at the service center yesterday for a TPMS issue. The technician fixed the tire with a patch and I was waiting for delivery of my car. They kept I was at the service center yesterday for a TPMS issue. The technician fixed the tire with a patch and I was waiting for delivery of my car. They kept me waiting and waiting saying that the car was in the car wash. Finally one of the triage techs went inside the service station and got my car out. I drove my car for about 200 feet and suddenly noticed that the car was never washed. Since I had other important meetings, I could not go back. I called my service advisor Mr. Steven Tedesco and made a complaint. He apologized and offered immediate pick up and delivery back after a car wash. Since I couldn't be home, I told him not to worry about it. I took the car this morning and Steve gave me his personal attention to have the car washed. Yesterday when I called he promised me that the will personally make sure that my car is washed and also offered me a gift. Today I drove my car out. It was washed ok but not a super job. Not all areas were taken care of. There are still some areas with dirt. By the way, I never got any gift that was offered to me. I am very curious what that gift was! More

Inept parts department Went to Lexus of Englewood for a repair on a part that they ordered drove to service dept and waited for car after about hr the service person said wa Went to Lexus of Englewood for a repair on a part that they ordered drove to service dept and waited for car after about hr the service person said was a problem that they had ordered the wrong part and did not have one in stock and I would have to return in order to fix issue!! I told the service person that I live about hr away and the cost of tolls n gas was a pain especially sine they were wrong. More
