Service of my RX350 The guys at the entrance to the service are were very polite and professional. The young man who took the information was wonderful. Horrible service center Never bring your car or money here this dealership absolutely sucks from sales to service, I baught a car here 2 years ago and was promised by the sal Never bring your car or money here this dealership absolutely sucks from sales to service, I baught a car here 2 years ago and was promised by the sales manager a complete change of all bended rims with purchase of tire and wheel warranty ($1500) they never honored it. Damaged my car in there shop and took 2 weeks to fix the blemishes. Peter delfraco service advisor is very rude and unprofessional, i braught my car in for servicing because my tire was leaking air (still under warranty). Peter said he will not change my tire even though i have the tire and wheel platinum package, He tells me he will not because the tire thred is too low i told him i want to see the proof that my tire count is too low for them to change, he replya “ i dont give a xxxx about your tire thread im not replacing your tire with a new one, bring in my loaner otherwise i will charge you $75” and hangs up, What a xxxxxxx please whatever you do STAY aWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

Very long wait. First visit to change a tire took two hours to just tell me they have to order the tire & I have to return 2 days later. There was just 1 person befor First visit to change a tire took two hours to just tell me they have to order the tire & I have to return 2 days later. There was just 1 person before me. When I returned it took 3 hrs to change tire. There were just about 3 people before me. Rep was patient & kind but the wait was way to long for a small service. More
