Excellent customer service The service I experienced at Lexus of Englewood was outstanding. This was my first visit to this specific dealer and have to admit it was better than The service I experienced at Lexus of Englewood was outstanding. This was my first visit to this specific dealer and have to admit it was better than the other Lexus dealers. The service was great from beginning to end. It was a busy day but the valets were very friendly and professional. They took care of me and directed me to where I had to go. I began to walk inside and was instantly greeted by the receptionist who was extremely kind. Maybe 5 minutes later I was taken care of by my advisor Ray who was very polite and they put me in a loaner car so I could be on my way. I received the same energy when I came back to pick up my car and I honestly loved the service. No complaints on my end. Professional, honest, polite, friendly environment. Very welcoming. More
